We review requests involving an item that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. This is not a no-reason return program.
Request window and evidence
Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, purchasing email, a clear explanation, and photographs or video showing the issue and packaging. Keep the item and all packaging while the request is reviewed.
Authorization and outcome
Do not send anything back without written authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized shipments may not be accepted. After review, we may approve a replacement, a refund to the original payment method, or another reasonable resolution. Approved refunds can require additional processing time from banks or payment providers. Shipping or handling charges are refunded only when required by law or included in the approved resolution.
